Tork satisfaction guarantee for refill, wipe, and air freshener products

We stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a Tork refill (i.e., napkins, wipers, hand towels, tissue, toilet paper and/or soap and sanitizer refills), wipe, or air freshener product that you purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 60 days of the date of purchase.  
 

How to claim the Satisfaction Guarantee

To submit a Satisfaction Guarantee request, please Contact us and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product and reason for your dissatisfaction. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to Essity, or provide other information to assist Essity in processing your request.
 
You must submit your Satisfaction Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
 
We kindly ask that you to first contact the seller from which you purchased your Tork refill to inquire about its return policy before contacting us. 
 

Satisfaction Guarantee Guidelines

Essity reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Satisfaction Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Essity concludes that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee. Essity may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
 

Exclusions/Limitations

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites/marketplace storefronts.  The Satisfaction Guarantee is also limited to original, end customers in the United States and is not in addition to any contractual warranty obligation of Essity to repair or replace damaged or defective product. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to entire bulk orders.
